Bookings

All treatments should be paid for at time of booking. Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to treatment can be rescheduled for another mutually convenient time. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to treatment are non-refundable but may, at the discretion of Cosmic Teapot be rescheduled for another time providing Cosmic Teapot is able to fill the original slot with another booking. Treatments and Gift Vouchers procured via a third party are to be paid at time of purchase and are non-refundable and resulting appointments are non-transferable.

Please arrive on time for your appointment as late arrival will result in loss of treatment time.

Terms of Website Use

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice.  We will not be liable if the site is unavailable at ant time for whatever reason. Occasionally we may restrict access to some, or all, of our site or to users who have registered with us. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of out Terms and Conditions and comply with them.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensees of all intellectual property rights on our site and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and all rights are reserved. You may print off one copy or download extracts of any pages from our site for personal reference and you may draw attention of others to material posted on our site.  You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any of the materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you must not use any of the illustrations, photos, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from accompanying text. We must always be acknowledged as the authors of the material.  You must not use any of the material on our site for commercial purposes without first obtaining our written consent. Should you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use we have the right to demand you return or destroy copies of the material you have made and your right to use our site will cease forthwith.

Information posted on our website is intended as a guide only and we disclaim all liability and responsibility for any reliance placed on such materials by a visitor to our site or anyone who maybe informed of any of its contents.

We try to update the website regularly but at times the information maybe out of date and we are not obliged to keep it up to date.  The information displayed is done without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy to the extent permitted by law.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with them to disclose your identity.  We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the distributed denial of services attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment due to your use of our site or your downloading of any material posted on it or any website linked to it.
