Wellness training need not be complicated.  I like to offer simple and effective training that is both engaging and interactive, with an emphasis on learning valuable life skills, tools and techniques.

I can offer training in a variety of different ways to suit you – e.g. online via Zoom, at carefully selected venues in the Forest of Dean, on site at your premises or an alternate chosen location.  Supporting documents and handouts can be provided where relevant.

Having trained groups for a number of years, there are some topics that I specialise in, as per the topics list above, but I can also put together bespoke training to meet your specific requirements, providing there is a Health & Wellbeing focus as this is my passion.
