Based in the Forest of Dean, between Gloucester, Ross on Wye and Chepstow, I operate primarily from premises in Cinderford.

To make a booking for 1:1 treatments or coaching, you can simply BOOK NOW via the automated booking system.

General appointments and bookings can be made between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with some evening evening and weekend appointments available.

Coaching services are available by phone or video call, and accommodation can be facilitated for those further away who would prefer an in person appointment.

Retreat and training enquiries can be made via the form or contact details provided below, with active links in the footer as well – including the option to message me via Facebook Messenger.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days, however they are made, but occasionally this may not be possible.
